Studio Kristina Wißling was invited to the "Gold Event" in the extraordinary location of Schloss Eller in Düsseldorf - an exclusive event of Freytag & Peterson GmbH & Co. KG. to promote the Gold Paper- Gmund Gold Edition of Gmund Büttenpapierfabrik, the premium paper manufacturer for fine and luxury paper.
Kristina Wißling presented a series of Paper Fruits using paper in different nuances of the Gmund Gold line, specially designed and folded for this event. Based on geometric shapes and processes, paper fruits in the form of bananas, kiwi or oranges were developed -from intensely shining Hollywood gold, fresh green or bright orange, to subtle shimmering in matching gold tones. In addition, further folded objects made of the finest papers and a limited and signed edition of Fine Art Prints were also exhibited.
