Studio Kristina Wißling was commissioned last year to illustrate Origami folding instructions for the client „Cornelsen Verlag“. Seven different Origami objects with 10-12 folding steps were developed for different topics. The origami folding instructions in form of vector graphics are used on the website of Cornelsen Verlag, as well as during Cornelsen`s trade fair appearances. The folding instructions in form of a brochure should encourage small artists and visitors to fold their own pieces.
For this purpose, short films were created for social media channels, which show the creation of the folding figures in moving pictures. Paper in Corporate Identity Colours of the customer Cornelsen was used to fold the objects. Suitable motifs for topics such as Easter, Mother`s Day, Back to School, Halloween or Christmas were developed and communicated in chronological order on various social media channels. The graphic origami folding instructions were created in the Adobe programs Illustrator and Indesign.
