Studio Kristina Wißling created a paper set design in collaboration with STRACKE DECO for KLUDI. Over 60 meters of pleated paper strips were hung from the ceiling. The installation was made of paper strips of machine pleated paper which were individually hung from the ceiling using cooper hooks and nylon strings, and individually wrapped around the mannequins to create a wave-like effect and a cave shape around each mannequin. 100 pleated paper flowers were individually folded and pinned to a mannequin and other presentation objects by hand. In addition, colored paper objects such as frogs, birds, butterflies made of fire tart resistant paper were crafted and installed by hand.
The paper set design consisting of pleated paper strips and objects that fit into the scenery of paper garlands, plants, grasses was commissioned by Stracke Deco and KLUDI and was installed for the market launch of the KLUDI Amba series, at the world's leading trade fair ISH in Frankfurt.
Paper objects can be used in exhibition design and trade fairs and are very popular. We were already able to implement paper set designs for stagings and in form of exhibition objects or give-aways for customers such as Grundig, Bosch, Zeiss or the Deutsche Ärzte und Apothekerbank.
