2016 Kristina Wißling created her first Origami Fine Art Prints for her private usage. Now she created her first Limited Edition of Giclee Fine Art Prints - featuring her Origami X Geometry Series. The Giclee Fine Art Prints are available as Limited Editions in two different sizes and as a Mini Print Edition.

Printed with archival ink on Photo Rag, 308 gsm and Photo Rag Baryta 315 gsm the prints ensure a display life of a minimum 100 years. Each print will be numbered, hand signed, and will include a certificate of authenticity.

The Origami Fine Art Prints are printed in the highest quality. An innovative printing system and high-quality Epson UltraChrome HDR inks ensure these high-quality and outstanding results. With a total of eleven different colors, the quality inks ensure a large color space with the finest shades of gray and dynamic, powerful colors. The durability and color fastness of the fine art prints is 100 years.

Hahnemühle Photo Rag® I Photo Rag® Baryta 315 g

Fine Art Prints with Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308 g is a white cotton paper that weighs 308 grams and impresses with its characteristic, pleasantly soft feel, a gently pronounced felt structure and a fine, non-slip surface. Due to the outstanding properties of this noble paper, the fine art prints are particularly impressive with their color depth and brilliant color reproduction and meet the highest demands.
In addition to the prints on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308 g, some editions are printed on Photo Rag Baryta 315 g. These differ from each other in terms of different grammages, structures and degrees of whiteness.

Age Resistance

The limited edition prints, for which the high-end paper Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308 g is used, impress with their brilliant colours, a deep black, with captivating contrasts and perfect reproduction of details. The combination of the properties of the artist paper and the matt premium inkjet coating ensures an elegant glaze without reflecting. The prints on the acid- and lignin-free paper meet the highest requirements for age resistance. The prints can be around 100 years old without loss of quality.

The picture frame consists of two acrylic glasses and is held by 4 strips made of untreated natural oak or powder-coated aluminium. A rubber band fixes the structure and at the same time acts as a suspension.

Kristina Wißling created a series of geometric paper objects made of different materials. The "Origami X Geometry" series was inspired by geometric formations and spirals and constructed by using origami software and computer- controlled scoring techniques. The designs as art objects are soon available to buy from our Onlineshop. The Giclee Fine Art Prints are available in two different sizes and as a Mini Print Edition.
